    Yes. Every product we sell is 100% original and factory sealed. We never sell resealed or repacked product.

  • Are your graded cards authentic?

    Yes. Every graded card is a genuine slab, graded and encapsulated by the grading company shown in the title (for example PSA). You can check the certification number on the label directly on the grading company's website.

  • How are graded slabs shipped?

    Slabs are shipped in protective sleeves and padded packaging so they arrive scratch-free and secure.

  • How do you protect products during shipping?

    Every order is packed with care using protective packaging to prevent dents, bends or damage in transit.

  • How fast will my order ship?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email.

  • How do pre-orders work?

    Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page. We ship them as soon as they arrive from the distributor, around the official release date. Questions about a pre-order? Just email us.

  • Do you sell Japanese, Korean and Chinese products?

    Yes — we carry a wide range of Asian Pokémon products. The language of each product is shown on its product page, and you can browse them all in our Asian Pokémon collection.

  • What is your return policy?

    You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back. Gift cards and sale items can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item.

    Sorry about that! Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Contact us as soon as possible at support@astralsocietymarket.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. If you entered a wrong shipping address, let us know immediately.
